Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;
Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that, the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,
And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!

Poetic Language Continue.......
As I was saying, poetic language is different from poetry in that poetic language is an element of it that can make poetry more complex. Poetic language is also the voice the a writer might choose to convey his message.
Poetic Language
I think that poetic language is utilizing some of the tools people use in poems to convey a strong message with intensity in other forms of writing like prose. For example if you want to write describe the setting of a place in a novel you need to use imagery which is one of the elements poets include in their poetry in order to create strong images and impact the reader. I think poety language can be metaphors, alliteration, irony, symbolism, diction or simile.
